We provide residential (24/7) services to adults with intellectual disabilities prior to the age of 18. Each Member’s plan is driven by a Person Centered Planning Process.
Who Refers
All of our referrals come from the Department of Health and Human Services
Funding source 
Individuals with developmental disabilities (including autism) are funded through the Medicaid Waiver Program overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services.
