Current Opportunities
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable individuals for the following positions:
- Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMAs)
- Support Staff (Per Diem)
Experience is welcome, but not required. We proudly hire both individuals who are new to the field and experienced professionals. We provide training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
Competitive Pay
Effective July 1, 2026, our wage scale includes:
| Position | Starting Wage | Top Wage |
| Support Staff (Per Diem) | $18.25/hr | $21.00/hr |
| Full-Time DSP | $19.25/hr | $22.00/hr |
| Lead DSP | $20.25/hr | $23.00/hr |
Experienced DSPs may qualify for higher starting wages based on verified years of direct support experience.
Sign-On Bonus
Applicants who hold both current DSP and CRMA certifications may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000, subject to program requirements.

What Does a DSP Do?
As a Direct Support Professional, you may assist individuals:
- At home
- In the community
- At work or volunteer activities
- At medical appointments
- During recreational activities

DSPs also serve as advocates, helping individuals express their choices, pursue personal goals, and live with dignity and independence.
